Load all generic-x.el modes unconditionally

* lisp/generic-x.el: Load all modes unconditionally.
(generic-default-modes, generic-mswindows-modes)
(generic-unix-modes, generic-other-modes)
(generic-extras-enable-list): Make obsolete.
